Can anyone recommend a DU Agent?

We had a wonderful experience with our DU Agent last year. However, I sent her a promised vacation photo in an email a while back, and she never responded. I don't think she is with them anymore, because I requested her specifically when asking for a recent quote and got another agent.

I will be requesting another quote soon, so please let me know if you have a glowing endorsement so that I can make a specific request. (I was not comfortable with person who was assigned to last request--slow to answer email, half the quote was missing, etc).

Our agent is Tricia Brookover and she is awesome -- quick to reply and always on top of things. She handled our ressies (including Christmas morning breakfast with Cinderella) on our 2002 trip and is handling our upcoming as well.

My recommendation is Cathy Miller! She got me every PS I wanted and would respond to emails in no less than a day. Sometimes I would hear from her within minutes!
