Can anyone reccomend good motivational/business management books on tape?

well dh mentioned that he has been wanting to actually learn something while he's on the road ( miracle of miracles ) and I thought some management/motivational books would be just the thing!

So can anyone reccomend any good books along those lines? DH is in sales and working towards district management. ( BIG announcement coming soon )

I listen to some, and I like just about anything by John Maxwell. He has written quite a few books and has a lot of books on tape too. He's an interesting speaker.

Also, I'm not sure if it's on tape, but I know a lot of people who rave about the book, "The Magic of Thinking Big."

These are probably more along the lines of being motivational rather than management, but I believe that it's more about the attitude than anything else.
