We stayed at CSR in April and ate lunch here one of our first days. While I think it's a great deal on the dining plan (more of a table service food feel than a regular food court) we experienced some problems.
DH ordered a pizza for ds, which is made to order. His ticket was stamped and he was told to return in 10 minutes. He ordered and got his food and waited (eating a bit) and then returned to get the pizza. Turned out they gave it away to someone who walked up and ordered the same thing. They even questioned whether he had ordered it at all. He came back to the table, got the ticket to show them and had to order another one. This time he had to stand there for fear it would be given away again. Now remember his food is on the table and getting cold. After waiting for the second pizza, it turns out that the cooks burned it (along with several others in the oven at the time) and it was inedible. DH was really angry. He came back and I took the ticket over to the manager, explaining the situation and asking that it be taken off the ticket so I could order ds another meal (meantime the 8 yo hasn't eaten yet). He marks it off and initials it. I then proceed to explain that dh's meal is now ice cold from having to stand at the pizza counter due to their error. His response...well, it's very busy here. He offered nothing.
The server saw the problem, asked what was going on, and then took the ticket and dh's cold food. She brought him a completely new meal and kept the ticket, so we ended up getting all four CS meals w/o charging them against the plan.
While the outcome was to our advantage, the experience was not. DH refused to eat here again.
I would caution you to be sure, if you want pizza, that you order it first and wait for it before ordering any other food for your group. Also, be aware that due to conventions, it can get very, very crowded when the groups come out for lunch.
