Can anyone make a "ticket"?

My husband and I are going to take our daughter on her first Disney trip in 3 weeks. I was curious if there is anyone that can make a "ticket" - with her name, the dates of the trip, our resort, and Mickey signature? What I have in mind is like an airplane ticket but we are not flying. ​
