I've lost my recipe for a low-fat version of banana bread. It came out of a magazine like Child or Parenting or something within the past year. It used the banana bread mix (I used Pillsbury), dried cranberries, a mashed banana, and then I think water and I'm not sure about any oil or eggs or anything. I think actually they called it a banana bread cake because they said to sprinkle confectioners sugar on the top. Anyone out there have a copy of this recipe? It came out so moist and very tasty and it was nice because it was low-fat. Any help is appreciated...Thanks!!!
