Can anyone help with a Disney Graduation Shirt Design

Hi,
I'm bringing down a group for Graduation this year, and I was wondering if I could get some help with designing a special shirt for them?

Idea's I have kicked around are:

Mickey Ears with thier names in it, with 2011 under head?

Or

Different shirts with Mickeys body parts ex. one shirt with white gloves
one with red shorts (for boys), one with the shoe,
etc... and name and year on them?
Just something unique to have for them to save!!

Please list any other ideas I'd love to see what you come up with!1
