Can anyone help me with clipart in signature ?

As you can see mine keeps showing the seb addres instead of image how do I change it I looked at Dan Murphy's clipart guidelines but don't understand what to do next??? I can get it to insert manually be using the buttons but cannot get it to work in sig. automatically !
