Wegot the bags and transfer paper from ebay. Not sure who the exact sellers were as it was almost 2 years ago now - but the following links are the same as the ones we got.

CANVAS BAGS

TRANSFER PAPER

The pics that we used were just got from various places on the net by searching on google images, and the fonts from places like THIS or just by searching for Disney Fonts.
Once I had the pics and fonts I used Photoshop to line them up and put them together, it was then just a simple case of printing it out and ironing it on.
If you have any trouble with the design element of it then please feel free to ask. I don't mind helping out if I can :thumbsup2

We are going in May and I am happy to pick up anything you need :goodvibes

Do me a full list and I will pop it in my folder and on my to do list for this visit :thumbsup2

Thank you so much I'll send you a pm :flower3:

I am off next week, I am happy to pick up some maps, I can ask at guest services for some buttons for you, anything else you might need pm me

You are so kind I'll send you a pm :goodvibes

Hello, I'm home :worship: I have the birthday
button and 2 maps for each park, except for Epcot :confused3 For some reason I don't seem to have collected any of those so perhaps someone can fill in the gaps there for you. I am just thinking, looking at the MK maps: they still show Toontown. i don't know if they have issued new maps just yet, but it may be a better idea not to tempt the kids with what no longer exists. ;)

I also found 2 of those giant Disney lollies. One is Cars and the other is erm, Minnie Mouse. Do you think the little one would feel a little done in to get Minnie  Anyway, no obligation, but they are yours for the asking. I will have another rummage through our things and see if I can find anything else

Oh thank you thank you that's wonderful I'll pm you

That's great I'll let you know if anythings left on the list :flower3:

You are a very good friend:thumbsup2

Maybe you could ask someone who is going b4 Sep to send out postcards, I have done this before for other people and signed the postcards Mickey Mouse. Unfortunatly Im not going before them otherwise I would do it.

I made autograph books for my niece and nephew. I just got A5 sketch books from ebay and printed out loads of disney clip art. I put their name on the front along with their favourite characters and then put characters on each page. So mickey would sign the with his page and then the opposite page can be used to stick a photo when they come home.

You could then get them disney pens that they could take with them.

You can buy lanyards and pins on ebay, they could then start trading when the are in disney.

You can also buy a disney book for kids.....If I can find my DS ( he doesn't want it anymore) I will send you his if you would like it.

good luck:thumbsup2

If you like you could go onto the Creative DISign board and ask one of the DISigners to make you the images you want. You can then save them to your pc and print them onto the transfer paper. :goodvibes

That is an excellent suggestion. There are some very talented people over on that section thatwould come up with some cracking designs for you :thumbsup2

Not sure if this helps but I have made holiday snakes for my two in the past with each section of body having a date on so they can cut each day off and countdown. I tended to cut them in a big spiral so they could hang them in their rooms. I also made Mickey faces just out of paper and felt tips, hid them around house/garden and for each one they found they got one dollar. We have made mickey shaped biscuits and decorated them with icing pens

I have been truly amazed by the kindness shown on this board and the help offered for my little project. Thanks to everyone who has replied with ideas or offers of help I know 2 little boys that are going to be very happy :)

I am still on the hunt for pins and lanyards, I keep watching on ebay but the lanyards are quite pricey. I am wondering about buying generic red lanyards and a few disney pins but I have time so I will just wait and see.

:wizard:

A lovely idea for your friends.

I think autograph books would be good as they are pricey in the parks - also some Disney Dollars - i think I have a couple - if you want to pm me your address I can post them to you. My DD loved them when she was younger :)
