We are arriving June 17, 2006 and are on the dining plan our first dinner will be at BOMA, can anyone tell me more about this place?? Thank You!! :teeth:

Boma is one of my favorite WDW restaurants. The food and variety is fantastic. You can see a sample menu at www.allearsnet.com The soups, dips, salads, and desserts are so good. I don't really eat much of the main courses because I fill up on everything else. DD5 loves it too. Make sure you are good and hungry when you go.

Boma is also one of my favorite places. The food is fantastic as long as your open minded and enjoy trying different foods. There is plenty for the kids to eat also. Make sure you walk outside and visit with the animals while you are there.

We really liked Boma. We've eaten here twice. Save lots of room for yummy food.

It's a buffet. You are seating at regular tables (thought ours for two was a little small )- (cloth napkins ,I believe). It's an "open air kind of place" - a few tables are by some windows (it was dark outside so there wasn't much of a view. Your waiter brings your drinks, but you go to the buffet for everything else.
I thought the food was very good. Loved the interesting salads, the carrot soup (sounds yucky, but wasn't) was OUTSTANDING. there are interesting selections here and something really for eveyone. Don't eat too much so you'll save room for dessert.
