Can anyone get any best rates today?

Last night I was able to get quotes on several resorts on the Best Rate search engine. Today I cannot get any quotes for any dates. Is something wrong with the system or did all of the rooms disappear overnight?
 
I think you are right. I checked several different dates in Jan. & Feb. for the best rate plan and came up with nothing available. The system must be down.
 
I think so. A time period that was wide open yesterday has NO ROOMS available at any resort today. Hard to believe!

I was also just on the site and nothing for my dates that had all kinds of choices the other day. I am thinking it might be a technical issue.
 
I just tried as well and the system will not give me any dates... tried multiple dates....hopefullly the system is down and not sold out for all of those dates, which I dont think is the case...
I hope they have it fixed soon, becuase I would really like to go ahead and try to schedule something for February (DD B-Day)

I just wanted to say I had the same problem yesterday when I checked briefly and am still having that problem as of almost 8am EST. Hopefully they fix it before I'm the 120 limit is up on the dates I want to check on, considering how closely I seem to be cutting it. Heh heh. :badpc:
 
I just tried calling Disney to get some answers as to why all of a sudden within 24 hours of checking at least 5 different resorts (all were available for my dates 12/16-26) and now all of a sudden, there is NOTHING whatsoever available regardless of dates I use. AAAAHHHH!! I only have 6 days to book before the 120 day advance booking is gone for me.

Of course, the CM had no answers. I then filled out an email request form to the Passholder customer service desk at disneyworld.com I wonder if I will get an explanation as to why the system is down? At least I hope it is just down and that not all the rooms are really gone for my dates!

As soon as anyone gets the scoop here....please share with us!

I'm in the exact same boat as you, looking for a start at 12/16. Keep us updated if you hear something!
 
I receieved an automatic reply from WDW saying how important my email was to them and they will respond to me as soon as possible. We shall see...

I tried to book at the Passholder site just 10 minutes ago, and still received the No Rooms Available message. I walked away to run the dishwasher...

Now I just tried to go back to the main page at www.disneyworld.com and the website appears to be down! Anyone having this problem? Could mean they are updating things as we speak. Let's hope it all be fixed SOON!!

Upon receiving my notice of your new post, I checked disneyworld.com and it came right up. hmm.
 
aahhh...the WDW website is working for me again. But still nothing available for our dates.

I will keep trying.....I'm a woman obsessed!!!!

I'm pretty sure their computer system is down because even if the passholder rates are taken up, you should be shown rack rates for the resorts (not sorry try other resorts).

This system is really messy! They had trouble when the program was first launched. Then when they announced the 2nd set of AP dates until Feb. 15th, you couldn't book for a few days. Now, the system is down for two days. Plus, I have never been able to get into the Passholder section of the website after 10:00pm pacific coast time (show error, try later). But early in the morning, plug in the same name and AP number and I can get into the passholder website. Go Figure!!!

I can't believe that Disney is such a big corporation and has such a lousy computer software (or maybe it is the Disney IT CMs at fault). :badpc: :badpc:
 
Oh my. Still not working. But I had assumed that if push came to shove, we could just call Disney to book with the rates. That's not the case at the moment? :worried: This really is no good. Our dates are for 12/14 (though luckily we can be slightly flexible because the amount of vacation my fiancee will be taking) and I just convinced him to let us go to one of the deluxe resorts because of the $70 savings a night. :( Does anyone know if they had offered deluxe rooms with the summer/fall specials recently and they just got booked up already? Man, I need a back up plan. Heh.
 
Well, I've checked dw.com a million times for the Best Rate Program since this morning. Still nothing available for any resort, for any date I selected. This tells me there is a computer glitch of some kind. I'll keep my fingers crossed and pray for pixie dust in the morning!

Yes, there were plenty of Deluxe resorts available at the AP rate for December. In fact, I checked on a large number of different resorts for my dates and everything was always available....of course this was 2 days ago :(

When am I ever going to learn to just book it when I first see it? I guess we just couldn't decide which resort for this Christmas trip. Oh well, at this point I'd be happy with anything at a discount. Just goes to show me how important it is to just GET THERE and be satisfied with whatever the Resort Fairies give us.

Nope, just tried and can't get anything for feb.
 
Well, I tried again last night several times and still nothing.... So I decided to send the website an email of my disappointment with how the new program is running, especially in lieu of the fact that there is no other discounts available to AP holders other than this site, since the regular AP discounts only go up until 10-4.....

I think they should have had a trial run of this to work the "bugs" out before offering it to the public, or at least go ahead and offer us the Regular AP discount after the 10-4 dates
 
I have emailed too! It surely must be a bug in the system, there are no dates available for any resort :confused3
