Can anyone do a logo for a cruise?

I really am not computer friendly enough to have a clue how you all come up with the designs. Although, I'm very grateful you share - as my DDs have benefitted greatly from your talents, via shirts, magnets, passports for Epcot.

We are booking a cruise with DCL and I'd like a logo to put in my signature, as well as make tshirts & magnets of. Is that something anyone would be willing to do?

Basically it is a cruise to Alaska 8/9/2011 on the Disney Wonder. If possible (as my DDs are Ariel fans, and Ariel is in the lobby of the Wonder) I'm hoping Ariel could be in it, as well as the Wonder and maybe something Alaska-ish?

Some people on the Meet & Greet thread shard a song they liked as a theme for the group. It is a song by John Denver. I pulled some words from it as a possibility for wording on the design. However, I've seen the men/women on this board come up with some very clever things - so would welcome suggestions.

Here are the lyrics:

Going up to the land of the midnight sun,
where the whale and polar bear run

Anyhow, if this isn't outside the norm of requests - and something someone is willing to try - it would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Mel! It's nice to see you - hope you are doing well!! DH had asked if we could do Alaska for 2011 - since we did Disney stuff 3 years in a row. Then wouldn't you know DCL decided to go to Alaska. Pretty funny timing. He gets Alaska and the girls still get their princesses. Can't beat that.

Thank you for the backgrounds - they are really great! I wish I knew how to make designs. But hopefully someone will be able to utilize them and make something wonderful.

Oh Mel, as always - wonderful! I can only see one of them though - the other is just a red X. Well, I'm guessing the red X is another one since Maize&Blue said "those". If it is, would you mind trying to repost it?

On the first one, with Ariel - could you put wording on it? I'm not as creative as you are - but just something about doing Alaska 8/9/2011? I kept trying to play with wording - like Doing Alaska Disney Style. Or Northern Sights and Starry Nights. Or Going up to the land of the midnight sun,where the whale and polar bear run. Hmmm Ariel's Wonderous journey to the land of the midnight sun. I don't know. Ideas?

I have been reading on Alaska for several months now - as we were planning to go with Princess Cruise Line - one of the excursions I really wanted to do was Liarsville. When DCL announced, we decided to go with them for the girls' enjoyment. Since DCL hasn't haven't posted their excursions, I was worried if Liarsville would be on their list - so I was tickled to see the portion where Donald is in Liarsville.

It is a very cute movie. When my M&Ms wake up I'll have to show them. They are most excited about the idea of panning for gold. Go figure, 5 year olds want to find gold.

Mel, I don't even know how to say thank you. You decorated our door for our 2010 cruise and you have even taken the time to make our 2011 more special. Thank you so very much for briefly stepping out of cruise retirement! We love them!

I also shared the video with the M&Ms - they were so excited to see Donald swimming with the whales. Took a bit to convince them he could do it cuz he has feathers & the water would be way to cold for them to do it. LOL. Thank you for sharing. Now, if 2010 and 2011 would just come on. . .LOL

This is too cute!! I love it. I can't believe I'm starting to think about 2011. I might as well start a new folder. Could I please get this one with The Leitz Family. Thanks once again. I have started to print up magnets for next month's cruise. It looks like I'll be changing both doors every day. I just couldn't decide.
