I was searching online for the Homewood Suites at 3100 Parkway Blvd in Kissimmee. I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't come up on the Hilton website. I did a different search and it came up as a "Hampton Inn and Suites" at 3104 Parkway Boulevard.

Can anyone confirm this as a name change to this hotel (not sure of the address # change)?? Or is there a Hampton Inn on this same road?

We have stayed at the Homewood Suites twice and were very happy with it. I was looking to get a price for another possible trip. Thanks in advance for any help................P

homewood suites and hampton inns and suites are next door to each other on palm parkway

we stayed at both in november of last year

Okay.... so why isn't the Homewood Suites showing up?? I guess I will have to spend a few pennies and give them a call................P

are you checking the box on the Hilton website that says "show all brands".?

herc.

The address comes up as the Palms Hotel and Villas. I guess they're no longer a Hilton property.

Yup, no longer a Homewood Suites. Now it is "The Palms hotel and Villas". I checked the website and did call the hotel. They are under new ownership. She said they were basically the same amenities except that they no longer offer the "manager's reception" in the evening and they no longer offer eggs for bkfast (too bad!). She said that they had renovated all of the room. I'm going to post to ask if anyone has stayed since the change..............P

We are going to be staying at this property Dec 3-10. We had booked it when it was a Homewood and were a little leary when it changed names/ownership. I called and talked to them and decided to keep our reservations - had a great rate that no longer is available but they are honoring. I guess if I really want eggs or breakfast meat I can cook in my room. I will post on our experience when we return.

I will be looking forward to you report!! Thanks for posting..........P

I stayed there the week of July 4th--must be before the name change. I was very happy with it.. We had a large room and plenty of amenities. The eggs were a little gross so I don't think that's a big deal to get rid of it.

Not sure what they would have renovated since it seemed pretty nice then.
