Can anybody help with this ?

OK - so playing with Photoshop Elements 11. I have finished with a name-fill and have written in different text underneath the words "autograph book".
I realize to make the name-fill stand out I need it to be outlined, but I don't know how to do this. All the tutorials are starting from the beginning. Is there a way to add an outline now that I have finished the fill?
I'm really new at this and was excited to follow making the fill, but it really needs the outline.
Any help greatly welcomed! Thanks!!

I have PSE9 but I am sure that it is the same:

Go to Layers - then Layer Style -then Style Settings - then Stroke

I always chose at least a 5 outline for my files. Also you can chose a drop shadow, bevel or glows in this setting.

Use Mandy's technique as it sounds like you have the same program, it took me a long time to write my directions and she posted while I was writing,
