Yeah; VMK is trying to make it hard so they make you think, 'well I don't want to go on another account; it'll take too long!' Yes, I'm pretty sure they will be tradeable because the purple/red hats were. And yes, I'd do exactly what Donald said. You'd need to trade for the shirt - not that much - but just enough to say thanks for getting me the shirt.
