Eventually! I had no problem linking my husband's AP will call voucher, no problem linking my Daughter and her family's active AP, but have not been able to link my AP and I've tried for over a month with many calls to IT and a few emails too. Pretty much have encountered "it's a glitch" and my case has been escalated and a ticket opened. So yes you should be able to link your AP, but right now there are issues so some AP holders can and some can not. I've been told that mine has to be linked upon checkin. (Yes, as mentioned, we are AP holders with WDW reservations.) Not sure how they will handle AP holders who are not staying on property.
