We are taking our 4 1/2 year old and our babysitter, who will be almost 15 when we go next year. When we went last time without the vouchers, she found more appealing items on the child's menu. I don't want to buy her adult vouchers for lunch and dinner if she orders from that menu.

Any of you know what the rules are?

Thanks - Diane

She is considered an Adult when it comes to dining at WDW.
You could always order her meal and pay cash for it, or have her and your 4 year old share meals. Technically she cant use a child's voucher because she is too old but I still think you have several options.

The QC vouchers are not age specific. The Lunch Vouchers ($30) are for children or Adults, but if she eats that little I would not invest in one for her at all, because she won't eat all the food allowed and it would still be a waste of money/
