Can an add on have different people on the deed than original contract?

Ok. First, this might be a pipe dream and a little goofy, but...

We are taking my mom with us in January to BWV. I secretly (or not so secretly) am hoping that she catches DVC fever on the trip and decides she would like to own DVC, too.

If she does, can we get an add-on with the same UY with my name, my husband’s name (both original members), AND my mom (not on our original contract)? If so, will it be the same member #? Does it matter if we buy the add on direct or resale in order to do this?

Different member number. To stay on one number requires the same deeded owners.

You'd need to add her to your existing contract before you could get a new purchase titled the same way with same UY to make it an add-on to your master contract.
