Can adults ususally order Kid's Meals?

Can adults order off the kid's menu at WDW restaurants? I know that this used to be the case, but I haven't tried it out on our last few trips. If I can, it might help me stick to smaller portions during our trip in May. (Save money and avoid weight gain!) Let me know your experiences! Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing about the Rainforest Cafe. Looked at the menu on allears.net ,and I prefer the items on the kids menu.Anyone over 12 years old ordered of the kids menu at Rainforest? Thanks for the info.
