Can adults order off the kids menu?

I don't eat a lot and I'm a picky eater. Counter service places suit me fine, but some of the nicer restaurants literally have NOTHING for me on the menu. However, the kiddie menu looks great! Is it ok for adults to order off the kids menu or is there an age thing?

Some restaurasnt may allow it, others may charge you more than the "kids menu" price and give you a more adult sized portion. You may also want to look at the appetizer sections of the adult menus and mix & match appetizers to suit your tastes rather than an entree.
