Can a VISA Debit Card Be Used All over WDW?

I'm going in 17 days with my niece and she wants to use her VISA debit card to pay for things - can that be done? I know the food stands take only cash but I was wondering if she wanted to buy souvenairs and such if she can do that with a debit VISA card?

anywhere credit cards are accepted, you can use your Debit card.

much safer than cash I might add!

of course - some food carts, like you said, only accept cash.
