Can a Thread Title be changed?

If so, how? I'm trying to update my trip report title. Thanks!

Yes, it can. Open the thread and to the right at the top of the thread you should see "Thread Tools." Click that and select "Edit Thread" from the drop-down menu. You can modify the thread title in the pop-up window that appears.
