OK I was just doing some catching up and only made it through two posts before I stopped myself to make some comments. I'll finish updating later tonight;

Item # 1:
Ohana for breakfast is GREAT! We love it and make an ADR for every trip. Never been there for dinner

Item # 2:
There is a reason why Sci-Fi had an opening. 3 of the 4 of us got sick after eating there in October. The menu is very limited and the quality just wasn't that great. Everything seemed very dried out. The atmosphere is great, but the overall experience just wasn't worth it.

Item # 3:
HELLO TO ALL FELLOW NUTMEG-ERS! I'm in Stratford, CT!

Item 1: I hope to make it here this trip even if it's on my own.

Item 2: I'm passing on this restaurant for this trip. Everyone else will have the opportunity to yak....

Item 3: My brother and SIL are moving to CT. So I am sure I'll be visiting sometime in the next year or two.

1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
12 ounces of brandy*
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup very cold water
1 tablespoon vanilla

*some recipes call for bourbon but we think that's too strong for this drink*

I am happily single. I actually went on a blind date a year ago. Never again. She was not my type at all.....I was not her type at all. It was a train wreck.

Now if you can get me a date with Eva Mendes.......

I just happen to be at my cousin, Wendy's house tonight and thought to myself that I haven't posted any pictures of the binder lately........

So, in honor of Christmas, here's some holiday cheer:

As you can tell, she's facing an uphill battle.
