Can a 2 year old go on carnival rides at seaworld?

I just went on seaworld's website and was checking out the rides in happy harbour area. They have a carousel and it says 42 inch minimum. It does not say smaller children can go on with an adult. All the rides say 42 inch minimum. Does that mean no smaller children can go on with an adult? Would seem kind of strange if there was no rides for the younger children. Linda

An adult can take him on. Just an FYI some of the rides won't let you take a bag on so make sure that you have someone to hold it if it has valuables in it.

Dumb isn't it? But AFAIK they can't. If I remember correctly though there is a water play area.

ETA: The above poster says yes so maybe I'm wrong. I haven't been in a while.

* Guests under 42” tall must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion (a Supervising Companion is a person 14 years of age or older).
* Hand held infants may not ride these rides.
* Some of the Play Area elements have no height restrictions, but the ones that do vary according to the individual characteristics of that element.

We were there in December and i do remember a mom sitting on a bench seat of the carousel with a wee one and I thought there were other parents standing as well next to kids riding carousel animals (although there are super cheapo seat belts on all the carousel animals). I think the above explanation means no baby babies. Do a google image search of seaworld carousel, I bet you'll find lots of family photos of little kids riding.

Was there yesterday and saw sign at Guest Services that gave height requirements for all the rides. For the ones in Happy Hollow it listed a height for ride alone. It stated smaller children could ride accompanied by an adult.
