Can 1.5 year old ride Tomorrowland Indy Speedway?

The only restriction I see is 52" to drive. Does that mean that anyone else can ride without regard to height as long as they don't drive? I'm assuming the ride is not rough in any way?

Yes could be appropriate for an 18 month old that is riding with parent driving as long as the child is walking and has been able to sit up straight for a while . It reminds me of the slow moving antique cars that you see at 6 flags. They go very slow. But some people do tend to bump into the car in front which can be jaring if you are not prepared. I would watch the people stopping and going and make the decision then.
