Can’t see my DVC Notifications

I use an iPad and when I log into DVC it shows I have 6 notifications (red circle with a 6 in it). When I go to notifications all I get is a blank page. The actual messages won’t load. I’ve tried Safari and Chrome. I called member services and they said I have to use a desktop but that doesn’t seem right. I don’t have a desktop. I tried my iPhone too and still can get the messages to load. Any ideas?

iPad in Safari worked in Portrait and Landscape modes for me.
Maybe try logging out in safari, swiping up and then restart iPad?

I have had the exact same issue for close to 2 months now. I have called DVC at least 4 times now, and they keep telling me that it is a known issue that is being worked. BTW, I first discovered this issue on my desktop!!!

Same. Blank screen on laptop, desktop, iPhone and iPad. I now have 9 notifications!

Please call DVC and report it. I wonder what we are missing!
