Can’t make theme park reservations on Apple (iPad, iPhone) devices?

Hi guys, probably a long shot but maybe someone dealt with this before. We have a confirmed WDW reservation with tickets for December and while we can access the reservation in MDE, I can see all our family and tickets linked, I can’t seem to make theme park reservations. When I click on “make theme park reservations“, even though I’m logged in, it takes me back to log-in page. I log in, again, and very briefly I see on the page “loading family & friends” then it goes right back to the log-in page prompting me to enter my password again. I can do this multiple times but it never actually loads, keeps going back to log-in. I tried iPhone and iPad,Safari & Chrome. I have cookies, Java enabled.
I finally checked our Microsoft laptop and voila, works fine there. I need it to work on my phone as well though, I’m thinking it’s a setting or something to do with Apple? Anyone has come across this? Weird, I know TIA

In Canada? I have had this happen and I had to change to the US version of the website.

I’ve been having the same issue. Makes it hard to plan a vacation at work I was finally able to get logged in via the Chrome browser app. (I’m in the US fwiw)
