Can’t get PM to work

Hi there!
I’m new to posting but not new to the disboards. I posted over 10 times and still can’t get PM to work. I click on the persons name and my only option is to follow or ignore them. I checked my setting and I don’t see anything that would block a PM. Any idea on how to get PM to work? Much Appreciated!

Does the person you are trying to PM have their required 10 postings?
That might be the issue.

I think there is a 24 hr time delay to prevent spam/bot profiles. The OP shows he/she can now pvt message.
