Jori: she smirked,"tonight after the fire we could, or tomorrow."

Dustin: "I think I'll wait until we're celebrating. What's your favorite kind of ice cream?"

Jori: "Strawberry! You?"

Dustin: "Hmm... I like the chocolate and vanilla swirls."

Jori: "Yum!" She smiled. "Do you like toppings?"

Jori: "Yum!" She smiled. "Do you like toppings?"

Dustin: "Yeah, sprinkles and stuff, but for some reason I only like toppings on the chocolate side."

Jori: "huh. I like strawberries on my ice cream," she smirked.

Dustin: He grinned. "Never tried that. We'll have to while we celebrate."

OOC: I just put the swirl thing and the toppings on chocolate only as a random idea, but as it's forming in my mind I realized it's kinda symbolic. The two flavors, his place two totally different worlds. The chocolate, as Slugterra, is the side where he can afford to have a lot of enjoyable stuff, toppings, because unlike the vanilla part, the surface, he can make a devotion to Slugterra, but he also knows that he can never have a full and enjoyable life on the surface, and he's a little afraid to have too many tight bonds to the surface because of that.

Now that I type that out and look at it, it seems incredibly stupid

Dustin: "Yeah, I actually had some right as I got back. My mom likes them. But I haven't had most fruits that specially come from up here. We have stuff like apples and pineapples down in Slugterra, though."

Dustin: "Well, really nice, understanding. She gets we can't live full-time up here on the surface. Patient, she had to be, she didn't get to see my dad much. Overall, a great mom."

Dustin: He nodded. Then he looked around, making sure Dana wasn't anywhere nearby. "Yeah. Her house is right at the Drop, the entrance to Slugterra. So I spent a half day there before coming to camp."
