Camera Question.......DAN!!!!

I just bought a Kodak EasyShare 5.0 Pixel Digital Camera.

Well it has this weird feature that I suppose has to do with exposure.

Its usually set at 0.0 but you can go from +1.0 - +5.0 or you can go down from -1.0 to -5.0.

there are also weird little things by the flash button. One of them when you choose it won't even let you take the picture.

I KNOW I KNOW your saying READ THE MANUAL but why do that when I can ask you all and have it explained BETTER than the manual.

I can't asnwer about the flash there Beth, but the exposure... that lets you lighten or darken your picture as you take it. So if you take a picture and it seems too dark, if you adjust it to the positive side, it will be lighter. And if it is too light, you can adjust it to the negative side to make it darker.
