I have come down with either a "mild" case of food poisioning or a nasty viral intestinal thing.

went to the doc finally this morning after suffering with this for 2 days.

we are supposed to head out at 7am tomorrow for WDW and I am on a totally liquid diet for 2 days then the B.R.A.T diet after that. we are driving so this is going to be fun.

Hopefully this just means we are gonna have a great trip. I sincerely hope so.

Wow! It must be a vacation thing. Same thing happened to me just before we left for Greece. Sicker than a dog until the day we left, and finally it broke just before the flight. I was still a bit woozy, but by the end of the flight, I was fine. Good luck.

thank you - I needed that laugh. Besides being sick - the air conditioner (ancient) started leaking - we can't find anyone that is willing to touch it - they all want us to buy a new one. DH was getting his clothes out of the closet and the entire wooden rod that holds the clothes on his side slipped and fell... spilling everything onto the floor. I am so weak I an struggling to get anythign packed - but with our DDs help it is slowly getting done. We still have so much to do though.

One good thing to report - DH tested out the XTi to see if the sensor was any better after it had been sent off for cleaning.... it is PERFECT!

Then I went to get a wireless shutter release for the 30D they told me they have to be ordered from canon and are somewhere in the 700.00 range. That is so not happening.

OK - back to packing.

What! If a wireless shutter release is what I think it is, I paid less than $20 for mine for my Nikon. Maybe you need to get a 2nd opinion on that!

I just did a quick search on ebay, there is a 3rd party release for 35 dollars

Finally started to feel hungry for the first time in days - had some toast and so far so good. Hopefully everything will be peachy tomorrow.

I can sympathize, I was sick for the first four days or so of our last trip... that's a good reason to make sure that you're going for a good amount of time (10 days in our case.)
