camera info, digital canon a610

well i thought i had my mind all made up. ..planned on a hp but when i went to look at them, now found a canon A610 .... i love it....problem being i have had so many problems with canon customer service....but i love this camera.....so anyone have one? love or hate it? anyone else had experience with canon customer service so i can convince myself i just happen to have hit the only few bad eggs in the bunch?????? thanks for any and all input good bad or indifferent

I have a 620 and a Rebel as well, no problems here, I love them both. I think it's just me, that can't a good picture.
