There are no "live" cameras inside any of the WDW parks that are linked
to the public.

But, there is a site with recorded video footage of Main Street-

Although it is not live,
the above link offers a recorded view (a "virtual" webcam)
that was taped throughout a typical MK day.

It is timed to play some of the events that should be happening
at MK at the time you log on to the site.
