Hey everyone...

Going to WDW (fingers crossed) at the end of January.
I'll be bringing my GoPro and want to know if I'll be able to bring my hand grip for it into the parks.
I have the GoPro 'Handler" which does not extend.

I'm also looking for recommendations on hand grips for phones that are allowed into the parks.

Thanks!!!

As long is it doesn't extend, it's allowed.

Are cell phones allowed on rides?
I have this dread of getting on a dark ride with some vlogger making a video on my ride.

I can't stand bloggers who do this over and over... please the internet is full of high quality "ride through" videos. And if you're jo-schmo are you really going to watch your lousy recording? especially since the available ones are much better!

Seems like just the lit screen would be a distraction, and then you add them blathering during.

I've only watched a few of the dining videos. Maybe I need to go watch snippets of all the vloggers so I can recognize them and then can refuse to get in a vehicle with them.

Watching the videos encourages them to keep making them. Volume of viewers is part of their paycheck.

I don't really have a dog in the fight. I happen to really like a few of the vloggers that I know of, but I also would be mildly annoyed if a rider in the same vehicle encroached on my experience (hasn't ever happened yet, but it could, I guess.) The vloggers that I watch here and there truly seem like they would actually try their hardest not to be annoying in any way at all. My assumption would also be that they would ask the people around them if they mind, and seem to be truly happy ppl that are providing a service that is enjoyed / supported by a LOT of ppl. I might also venture to say that they'd be respectable enough to read the room, also. They might even go to the parks enough to strategically know when it might work out better for everyone - like it might be better for them to only film when they are in a vehicle with only a few other ppl so they are "out of the way." The ones I sometimes like to watch that seem like completely cool ppl:

Paging Mr Morrow
Kyle Pallo
AllEars
DFB ( I think they only film quietly and do voiceovers.)

Of course, they all might have killer mentalities when they "want to get it done" I don't truly know.

You're probably FAR more likely to be annoyed by aggressively rude, or alarmingly filthy people than a vlogger, tho. I've seen some things...horrible things...scary things. Things that would make a billy goat puke. (sorry, couldn't resist.) :jester:

We have literally had a billy goat (visiting our girls), the mind boggles.
