calorie counting booklet

anyone know of a good calorie counting booklet thats easy to take along with me? Looking for lowcal/low sodium - not Atkins

I have America's Best, The Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter. It fits in my purse and has just about every food you can think of covered!
You could try a search on Amazon for other options

I use Calorie King. It's very compact and very comprehensive.
