Calorie Count?

Disney is exempt from the CA law requiring nutritional info to be posted, so you won't find it. Looking at menus and pics, my guess is most things are exceptionally high in fat an calories. That Monte Cristo sandwich has to have close to 2000 calories.

Disneyland does not do calorie counts and you can pretty much assume that most treats/meals will be indulgences. If you are really worried about nutrition, try known-to-be-good-for-you-foods like salads with dressing on the side, the fruit carts in Adventureland, or bring in your own food (which saves cash too!).

You can ask for the way food is prepared in restaurants and request that they hold the sauce, butter, or grill your food. Let the servers and cooks know that you are being conscious of your health and they will respond.
