Calming the Beast

I wish I had some suggestions for you. I'll be in your shoes before too much longer. We are 97 days out. I need to stop changing and adding things to our trip.
Good Luck!

Ok we are 38 days out from the start of our Orlando vacation. Everything has been planned scheduled and reserved now the waiting is driving me nuts. Does this happen to anyone else. Only so much you can read up on. Waiting sucks :confused3
just go on the boards and discuss different topics with people. It helps pass the time and keep the spirit up

There's always 1000 and 1 things to do before leaving, so the time passes quickly for me.

As the day of departure gets closer, I start getting the little things we will need, like snacks and drinks, and the inexpensive items, and start packing them and grouping them together out of the way.

We are 36 days out. I just keep reading and re-reading the boards, checking my spreadsheets for planned activities, park visits, park hours etc. I'm tempted to make some adjustments on some FP but I always worry if I try to change one thing, I'll lose everything!

I'm a little over 30 days out and have changed my resort reservations 3 times. There is still a possibility I'll do it again so I haven't done on line check in yet. That's what I do, keep looking for better rates and switching things around. I don't make ADRs or FP until the night before so my resort ressies are the only thing I can play with.

I know the feeling! I just feel like I have to be on the boards constantly to monitor for any closures or changes. That's what I always tell myself anyway.

29 days here. Just spent some time moving my ADRs, which I thought were all set. I'm still debating about adding the Star Wars dessert party. But that can only take so much time, so I decided to price DCL for the first week in January. So tempting, but DH had to go and be the voice of reason.

"My name is Amy, and I have a Disney problem"

I'm 40 days out and it feels like it's taking forever to get here. To pass the time I'm rechecking my plans and watching videos on Youtube.

It happens to me every time. Now that I'm down to 20 days out I finally broke down and started posting to make the time go by.

I feel like I've read every single dining review on DFB and every resort review on Allears.
Planned my ADRs into infinity and beyond (on the DxDP).
Checked every menu on the WDW website.
Watched every video and looked at every picture of the CBR.
Read every relevant thread on the boards.

I make packing lists, grocery lists, and must-do lists.

Yup.. I drive myself nuts during the wait!

this happens all the time for me I can not wait to go back I just got back form a long 4 day weekend down there 30 days ago and I have 53 more days until my 6 day trip and MNSSHP but the DIS and youtube helps also work to keep my mind off disney

I just saw the 2017 BB offer with FD...I've been driving DH nuts planning our trip for next year with DD and we haven't gone this year yet! I'm at 25 days.
