I've heard that if you check in before the room is ready you can leave and call the resort later in the day to see if the room is ready. When you do that can you also ask whether your luggage arrived? My dh is very paranoid about the luggage making it to the room but I'd hate to waste part of our first day hanging around nearby to check. We are staying at the WL--checking in mid-morning. We planned on going to DTD for the afternoon and going right over to the GF for 1900 Park Faire at 6:00 ADRs...if we can't check he will want to go back between the two, which would seriously impact our travel time. Have you been able to check on your room/luggage by phone, do you go back to the resort in the afternoon to check or do you just come back in the evening and hope everything is as it should be? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks:)

I've always thought that you had to wait to be in your room then call bell services and have them bring it up then. Else if something was missing Disney could alway say that they did deliver everygthing and you did something with it.
