Calling to find out about Pin Codes

I tried calling to see if there was a pin code attached to my name, but the woman i spoke with had no idea what I was talking about.

Call back and ask again. Different cm different answer. I know they can look it up. They did it for me just a few weeks ago. I just called the same line as you'd call to make reservations.
