it doesn't help that it's the day after a holiday close. Then they have a CAT 5 heading for Florida. They only have so much phone capacity, this is an extraordinary event. They should put an announcement that they are only handling calls for stays within the next week.

Keep re-dialing. I got several busy signals but then finally got thru. You could try chat and see if they can help in any way. Finally, if you need to completely cancel I'd go ahead and do that and then send a message to MS explaining how you couldn't get thru on a call and what you were looking for.
