calling in with past codes for MYW??

Has anyone called in to see if they could convert their current room only with code to a discounted MYW? Thanks!

I have a discounted room only at the Poly. I just called and was told that I cannot add a MYW package to the discounted room. I have ordered MYW passes but cannot add a food plan unless I get a MYW package without the room discount
