My DD wants to know why the computer is sneezing....I just told her that everyone on our boards is allergic to cats. She says "Bless You".
P.S. Did everyone see the special Bear in the Big Blue House episode about the tree falling on the library? It was on yesterday and today and tomorrow. By the time Bear says to Ojo, "Sometimes sad things happen to buildings." I was in full blown sobs. I think they did a great job of trying to help little ones understand why eveyrone is anxious and sad. WHile kids can't really understand the unbelievable loss of life and the buildings and the planes, they can pick up on the fact that people are emotional about something. Bear did a great job of addressing those kinds of feelings without having to show the images of why adults are feeling like this and using the tree and the library to illustrate lots of things like people losing their homes, being afraid of the tree, the community getting together to talk about it and help. Forgive me...i am tearing up again. And BTW, did anyone know that Bear lives in WOodland Valley and that they have a movie theatre run by a shy armadillo? It was pretty cool.
