Karen: No one has really said what they are dressing up as for Halloween. Just talking around the topic. I have some ideas but am not sure it will fall together yet and Tom has not even told me his plan.
I also wonder if the formal night will be moved.
Glad to hear you have been having such a fun and busy time.
Emma: sounds like you too have been busy and enjoying your activities.
With the time changing--do they change clocks that we can see and the time on the room TVs or make announcements so that we can change our watches? It seems that as long as we get to our excursions on time, we should be fine. No matter what time it is, if you are where you want to be, and ready for the activity, it would be OK. Our son Ted goes to college in the part of Indiana that does not change its clocks. He calls it "Indiana Ambivalent Time" They do not care what time anyone else is on, they are leaving their clocks alone. It is not an issue at all except if I have to be there at a specific time, I have to remember what time it is there when I plan my departure from home. Same for taking a plane from South Bend airport. But very do-able.
Suzanne: I am looking forward to that FINE weather!!
Maureen: I had not read about a mad rush at the Radisson for the shuttles. Do you think that it will be more civilized because we all KNOW each other and they were strangers? But of course, there MIGHT be some people there who are not WITH US. (How can that be!!) I wonder if the mad rush was at a certain time of the morning. What is the title of that thread?
RE: Captain Marvin's--how did you decide to take that excursion?
Debby: Keep us posted on the job situation and the move.
Estelle: I already replied on e-mail about the Oriental Trader order. Sounds fine. Thanks for taking charge of that.
