Here's my tip: don't call during peak times like Monday or Tuesday morning or at the end of a work day. You may end up on hold.

You'll more likely get right to a CM if you call in the last hour they are open. (They close at 11pm EST).

Also make sure you call the right phone number depending on your need to avoid waiting on the wrong line and then having to be transferred.. For example, 407-W-DISNEY for room and package reservations, 407-WDW-DINE for ADRs, 407-WDW-GOLF for golf tee times, etc..
