This may be a silly question but since the free dining thing may become available tomorrow and sitting on hold for a while may be a possibility, I just have to ask.

Is it free to call Disney at their (407) area code number or do long distance charges apply?

It is not a toll free number so long distance charges apply from a landline phone.
