( I just want to add a day to my reservation and make a room request)

It depends on what you want to do, and I do know that you have to wait for the voice in each section to begin to have your choice acknowledged by the system.

Depending on what you are doing, sometimes saying you've never been before gets you to the end of theline the fastest, rather than going through the how many times in the last five years bit.

Not putting your phone number in does not speed up the system, It's probably faster to put it in if you know your phone number. If you don't put your number in it prompts you twice.

WhenI used t use the toll free number, I would sometimes do the survey. Does anyone actually stay on the line for the survey when it's on YOUR dime? ESPECIALLY if you also had to wait on hold during your conversation! Really, the wait times are horrendous when you call!
