Calling Crsystal Palace

I have an ADR for Crystal Palace in 2 weeks for DS's 1st birthday. I have a bunch of extra decorations I wanted to drop off for the table and I wanted to call the resaturant and speak with a manager to make sure it is okay and to have a contact.

Is that okay? How would I find the number? I remember a thread from a few years ago that had all the phone numbers for the restuarants listed, but I couldn't find it.
