Calling CRO in regards to PIN codes

When you call CRO to inquire about PIN codes what do you ask? If there are any promotions associated with your name?

Well the last two times that what I did. Check your name and anyone you are traveling with or live with. You should even call more thatn once. The last time the first CM did not find the code. The second CM found one under my husbands name and even though he is not travelling with us we were able to use it for an upgrade. Keep you eyes on these boards because you may read when codes(pins) are out, and the details. That is how I learned about what day free dining was going to be released and about my upgrade from POP to SSR(free) and that I could uprgade 2 other rooms of my gathering. Ask you may recieve
