Calling Broker?

The paperwork for our purchase was submitted to Disney for ROFR 20 days ago. I just called him for the first time to get an update and to find out the exact date it was submitted. How often did you call your broker for an update?

Disney has 30 days to review each offer for ROFR and they will often take that long, even if they ultimately pass it thru to closing.

I'd certainly call your broker, but they won't necessarily have any information until it has cleared ROFR.

Generally it is the closing company who handles the ROFR submission, not the broker. That is part of the service. Either way they will let you know, no need to call.
