Hi everyone,
Managed to get in a little over three miles on the treadmill along with some abdominal work this morning. How about you?
Kathy:wave:

Sticking with my goal for the week...I did 1 mile on the treadmill this morning and will check back in after I've done an additional 3 miles this evening.

:sunny:

Edited to add that I completed those additional 3 miles this evening.

It was a treadmill day for me too! Nice run w/DH at the gym! Makes it more enjoyable when you have a *buddy* to sweat with! ::yes::

I was feeling a bit lethargic this a.m., so I did some strenght training. Now I'm really tired, but at least I have an excuse! :teeth: Still plan on going to the gym with DS this afternoon for some cardio and more strength.

edited to add
Just got back from the gym. Did my 1/2 hour on the elliptical, and a few strength exercises. (DS disappeared on me and I got worried, so I cut it short to find him. )
Anyway, done for the day!

Keep the Faith!

i went to the early spinning class this morning. After voicing my intent last night on chat there was no backing down and staying in my warm bed :)

I did pilates this morning. It's a new DVD so I don't think I got a really good workout, I spent most of my time trying to figure out what they were doing.

It was a bit chilly this morning, so I stayed indoors and did the 2-mile WATP.

I'm just starting out again, so it isn't much, but I am still proud! I almost didn't do it either, but I set my goal! I went outside with DD so she could play and I did 15 minutes of aerobics outside. Felt great to be outside again!

since i said i was going to start again in chat last night..i had no choice!
i did the firm ABs dvd..and maximum cardio

I did 2.75 miles on the treadmill and an hour long Yoga class.

I did the 2 mile WATP express. Then tried 30 minutes of pilates, but I dont know whether that will work for me or not.I dont think I am that advanced yet:earseek:

Oh gosh, been there....I got the Pilates for Dummies, and even though she goes slow and explains everything, I was flailing around way too much. After a few run throughs it did get better:teeth:

I did the FIRM Complete Aerboics and Weight Training.

I did, I did!! I upgraded myself to the 3 mile WATP video without the stretchie thing tho, I don't have one so, I used my water bottle weights during that time. The 3 mile tape is only gonna be for when I have the extra 15 minutes, since I exercise before I start dinner. I'm off tomorrow so, I should be able to do the 3 mile again before going back to the 2 mile on Thursday.

Walk, walk, walk, walk..... :p

Did another round of Tai Chi warmup and one run through the sequence (by memory) last night. Takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on how slow I move.

Already I'm noticing a difference again, even in less than a week of Tai Chi. My balance seems improved again, and I can walk up the stairs without my legs wanting to go out from under me again.

I was a bit of a slacker yesterday, I walked in the afternoon, about 15 minutes, and then went up 3 flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator. Better than nothing, but I did not do anything in the evening. I will do better today.
