Calling All Texas Members

As you may know, due to Texas law only licensed Real Estate Agents are eligible to participate the the DVC referral program.

I have been working with the Assistant Director of Enforcement with the Texas Real Estate Commission in the hopes of modifying the provisions of The Real Estate License Act, Chapter 1101, Texas Occupations Code and Chapter 535 of the Commission's Rules.

My case has now been referred to the Commission's General Counsel. So I am slowly moving up the ladder.

The reason that I am sharing all of this is to get an idea of how many Texas DVC DIS Members there are and if you are interested in adding your names to a petition?

TRUST me...there are lots more. I haven't had the time to even read the site for a couple of weeks. And the people that indirectly referred us didn't get anything either and I don't think they look here. We'll sign so that we can get something when WE refer someone....
